About Me
Hello, and welcome to Face Yoga Plus. My name is Nicole and I'd love the chance to teach you about Face Yoga. Join my class and learn how to lift and tone your face and neck to achieve lasting results without the need for injections or surgery.
I am a Graduate of the Face Yoga Method led by Fumiko Takatsu (class of 2024). I'm a British national, living in Japan and I'm also an experienced English teacher. My other passions are contrast water therapy and breath work. I hope to see you in one of my classes soon.
